Puzzle

Overview

The Puzzle connection can be used to load accounting data from Puzzle into xpna for reporting and planning.

Loaded data can include accounts, balances, transaction detail, and other finance data exposed by Puzzle.

Connection Requirements

Access to the Puzzle workspace is required before the connection can be created.

The user creating the connection should have permission to authorize xpna and read the data that is expected to be loaded.

Note:

Authorization tokens are stored encrypted in xpna.

Data Synchronization

Data can be refreshed manually from the Connections page or by using the schedule configured for the connection.

The initial load may take longer than later refreshes because the full data set is loaded and processed.

Managing the Connection

The connection can be disconnected from the Connections page.

On disconnection, the stored authorization is removed. Data that has already been loaded into xpna is not automatically removed.
