MYOB

Overview

The MYOB connection can be used to load accounting data from MYOB into xpna for reporting and planning.

Loaded data can include accounts, dimensions, contacts, balances, and transaction data depending on the connected MYOB company and available permissions.

Connection Requirements

Access to the MYOB company file is required before the connection can be created.

The user creating the connection should have permission to read the accounting data that is expected to be loaded into xpna.

Note:

MYOB credentials and authorization tokens are stored encrypted in xpna.

Data Synchronization

Data can be refreshed manually from the Connections page or by using the schedule configured for the connection.

The initial load may take longer than later refreshes because the full data set is loaded and processed.

Managing the Connection

The connection can be disconnected from the Connections page.

On disconnection, the stored connection credentials are removed. Data that has already been loaded into xpna is not automatically removed.
