Manage Chart of Accounts

The Chart of Accounts, also known as the Accounts Hierarchy, is fundamental to xpna. Understanding how to add new groupings and rearrange accounts to meet specific requirements is essential for creating clear and flexible reports.

Clone chart from

If a user has access to multiple workspaces they will be able to clone the chart of accounts from another workspace into the current workspace.

This process will copy the structure of the accounts hierarchy and re-map the leaf member accounts to their new location based on the new strucuture.

It will not remove any existing groups you have created that are no longer in the new structure, they may need to be cleaned up manually afterwards.

Empty groups show in Hierarhcy Management with an asterik * before their name
