Footer

Along the bottom of the task pane is a small footer bar that holds a few important pieces of information and actions that users should be aware of.

On the left side of the footer is a link for Settings & Subscription Management that opens the Subscription Management.

In the center of the footer is information related to the workspace:

• Current workspace - This shows the name of the current workspace xpna is running in.
• Change workspace - This action shows a list of workspaces that a user can switch to as well as the option to redeem a workspace invitation if required.
• Workbook locking status - This shows the locking status of the current workbook and has an action on it to switch to workbook locking to allow the user to change the locking status.

On the right end of the footer are three actions to help users manage the local cache that xpna uses:

• Remove xpna functions - This action allows the user to clear either the worksheet or entire workbook of xpna functions.
• Clear all local caches - This action will clear all locally cached data and metadata xpna is storing for the current workspace.

Note:

This does not affect what is stored in the xpna database for the workspace and only affects the user's current session.

• Full recalculation - This action will recalculate the current workbook, causing all the xpna functions to calculate again.
