Invitations

Overview

To add a user to xpna, a workspace admin can invite them from Workspace Management which will send them a welcome email with a link to redeem their invitation.

Invitations are valid for 7-days.

Invitation Failure Reasons

The following descibes the reasons why an invitation might not succeed:

Reason	Description
Invalid invitation code	The invitation code is not a valid invitation code
Invitation code has already been redeemed	This invitation code has already been redeemed. If you redeemed it, you can try and access the addin in Excel to see if you have access already
Invitation code was not correctly generated	The invitation code was not created correctly and is unable to be redeemed
