Invitations
Overview
To add a user to xpna, a workspace admin can invite them from Workspace Management. Invitations are sent via email with instructions to sign in through the web application or Excel add-in. Users can authenticate using:
- Microsoft
Users simply need to sign in with an account that has been invited to the workspace.
Invitation Failure Reasons
The following describes the reasons why an invitation might not succeed:
| Reason | Description |
|---|---|
| Authenticated user does not match the user the invitation was sent to | The account that was logged in via Microsoft or Google is not the same as the one that the invitation was sent to. Ensure that you use the same account. |
| Invalid invitation code | The invitation code is not a valid invitation code |
| Invitation code has already been redeemed | This invitation code has already been redeemed. If you redeemed it, you can try and access the addin in Excel to see if you have access already |
| Invitation code was not correctly generated | The invitation code was not created correctly and is unable to be redeemed |
