Frequently Asked Questions
Who can enable xpnAI?
Only workspace administrators can review and accept the terms to enable xpnAI for a workspace.
Is the acceptance workspace-specific?
Yes, terms must be accepted separately for each workspace. Accepting terms in one workspace does not automatically enable xpnAI in other workspaces.
What happens to previously shared data if I disable xpnAI?
Queries and responses are processed in real-time and are not stored or used for training by the AI service provider. Contact xpna support for specific questions about data retention by AI service providers.
Can I use xpnAI without sharing workspace data?
No, xpnAI requires access to workspace data to provide meaningful responses to queries. If this is not acceptable, the feature should not be enabled.
