xpna integrates with Power BI, the leading data visualization tool from Microsoft that empowers users to transform data into stunning visuals and share insights across their organization.

When connecting xpna to Power BI, you can leverage its powerful features such as real-time dashboards and interactive reports, to enhance your data analysis experience.

With this integration, users can extend the ways in which they can monitor key metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Once access to Power BI is granted at the workspace level, subscription administrators can fine-tune permissions by selectively enabling individual users.

Note:

It is recommended to consult with your organization's IT department regarding your Power BI license status.

Users with a Power BI Pro license within their organization can take advantage of the Power BI Desktop app to establish a connection to the xpna service. This enables them to create and customize Power BI reports, harnessing the full potential of their data for more insightful analysis. By utilizing the Power BI Desktop app, users can explore various visualization options, apply advanced analytics, and share their reports with others in their organization.

On the other hand, users without a Power BI Pro license are typically assigned a Free Power BI license, which allows them to view and interact with the reports created by others. While they may not have the capability to create reports themselves, they can still benefit from the insights provided by the shared reports. This ensures that all team members, regardless of their license type, can access valuable data insights to inform their decision-making.
