The HubSpot connector is currently in feature preview and as such documentation for this feature is still work in progress
Overview
The HubSpot connector can be used to load CRM data from HubSpot into xpna datasets.
Commonly loaded data includes:
- Contacts
- Companies
- Deals
- Owners
- Object properties used for reporting
Connection Requirements
A HubSpot private app access token is required before the connection can be created.
The private app should be granted only the scopes required for the objects being loaded.
Note:
HubSpot credentials are stored encrypted in xpna.
Read-only scopes should be used where possible.
Source Items
HubSpot objects are selected as source items in the configuration.
Each selected object can be mapped to a target such as a List dataset. Object properties returned in sample data can be typed, renamed, imported, or excluded before the configuration is saved.
Refreshing Data
Data can be refreshed manually from the Connections page or by using the configured schedule.
If HubSpot object properties are changed, sample data should be refreshed so the configuration can be reviewed.
