Insert article table

Overview

The "Insert article table" feature allows you to insert a table of articles into a worksheet to allow for creation of itemised budgeting and forecasting records.

The Insert article table action button will be visible in the xpna task pane when the selected cell is empty.

Usage

  1. Click the Insert article table action button in the xpna task pane.
  2. Select a data source from the dropdown. The list of datasources will only include datasources for which there are articles.
  3. Select a scenario from the dropdown. The list of scenarios will only include scenarios for which there are articles.
  4. Click the Insert articles action button.

This will insert two member cells for selecting the Data source and scenario as well as a table of articles into the worksheet, starting at the selected cell. The table will contain the following columns:

  • the unique code of the article
  • a rich entity card displaying the article name and icon

This table can be used to create planning records using the ARTICLESEND function.
